Terms & Conditions

1. The terms and conditions below apply to: (a) our supply of accommodation and services (b) our dealings with you, the customer.
2. Home from Home (Wales) Ltd has its registered office at 42 Queens Road Mumbles, Swansea, SA3 4AN.
3. Company registration no. 05958511, Vat no. 890 9411 01, Registered in England and Wales.
4. If you proceed to reservations, this constitutes agreement between us, Home from Home (Wales) Ltd and You (the customer).  You agree that you have read and understand the terms & Conditions herewith and agree to be bound by them.
5. Home from Home (Wales) ltd provide self-catering accommodation only, We act as an agent between the property owner and the customer. All other services e.g. transfers, flights, travel insurance etc are the responsibility of the customer.

DISCLAIMER

Whilst we endeavour to provide information that is 100% accurate, the information regarding the accommodation is provided for us by the property owner.  We will check the information as thoroughly as we can and reproduce it. The owner will then sign a proof to confirm the information is accurate. Therefore we will not accept responsibility for any discrepancies or misunderstandings within the property description or details.

1. The price displayed is for the chosen apartment for one week (£ sterling) unless otherwise stated.
2. The price includes the supply of bed linen, towels and cleaning service (twice per week) unless otherwise stated.

1. We require a 25% deposit when booking and the final balance no later than 6 weeks before departure.
2. If the holiday is booked within 6 weeks of the departure date, payment of the full balance is required.
3. We accept payment by cheque or credit card. If the booking is made within 10 days of departure we require payment by Debit Card or cash only.
4. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded your money minus a 15% administration charge.
5. When the accommodation has been booked we will send you a confirmation letter by email or by post depending on your preference.
